How to watch Tokyo Series? TV Channels & streaming options for Dodgers vs. Cubs MLB 2025

When are the games and how you can watch them:

The 2025 Tokyo Series is part of the MLB World Tour, an initiative to bring Major League Baseball to a global audience. Following stops in Seoul, Mexico City, London, and Santo Domingo last year, this year’s tour continues with an extremely highly anticipated matchup between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago Cubs at the iconic Tokyo Dome.

The MLB World Tour lineup also features two exhibition games between the Boston Red Sox and the Sultanes de Monterrey, taking place March 24-25 in Monterrey, Mexico.

Tokyo Series Schedule & Broadcast Information:

Game Times: 7 p.m. local time in Tokyo / 6 a.m. ET (both games)

Game 1: Tuesday, March 18, 6 a.m. ET (7 p.m. in Japan)
Starting Pitchers: Yoshinobu Yamamoto (Dodgers) vs. Shōta Imanaga (Cubs)
TV: FOX

Game 2: Wednesday, March 19, 6 a.m. ET (7 p.m. in Japan)
TV: FS1

Both games will be nationally televised, with FOX airing the first matchup and FS1 broadcasting the second. Fans can also watch via regional networks – SportsNet LA for Dodgers coverage and Marquee Sports Network for Cubs coverage. Additionally, MLB.TV will stream the games, though blackout restrictions may apply depending on location.

With some of baseball’s biggest stars taking the field, the 2025 Tokyo Series promises to deliver an electric start to the MLB season.
