Gabriela Dabrowski/Erin Routliffe vs. Timea Babos/Luisa Stefani Head-to-Head, Prediction and Betting Odds for US Open 2025 Quarterfinal

Sankalp Harikrishnan

Two of the WTA’s top-most duos collide on Court-17.

Two experienced doubles pairs will lock horns on Tuesday, when No. 3 seeds Gabriela Dabrowski and Erin Routliffe take on No. 11 seeds Timea Babos and Luisa Stefani in the US Open 2025 Quarterfinals. The winners of this match will take on either Errani/Paolini or Muhammad/Schuurs in the semifinal stage. Continue reading to know more about the history of this rivalry, as well as the BetMGM betting odds.

Dabrowski/Routliffe vs Babos/Stefani Match Preview

It has been relatively smooth sailing for 3rd seeds Dabrowski/Routliffe so far. Barring a minor hiccup in Round-2, their wins over Kolodziejova/Vondrousova and Bucsa/Melichar-Martinez have given them the necessary reassurance to win their second US Open title together (after 2023). Currently ranked No. 8 and No. 7 in the world respectively, this Canadian-Kiwi combination has what it takes to go all the way.

Babos and Stefani have consistently shown the rest of the circuit that they are one of the most consistent pairs going around. While the Hungarian is a four-time Grand Slam champion, she is yet to capture a major alongside her Brazilian partner. In their very first match, Babos/Stefani had to overcome a stern test against Krejcikova/Ostapenko. After losing to the talented Siniakova/Townsend pair in the last two Slams, Babos/Stefani will be looking for redemption by reaching the final.

Dabrowski/Routliffe vs Babos/Stefani Head to Head Record

The head-to-head record between the two pairs is currently 1-1. The 2025 US Open Quarterfinal will determine who gains the advantage in the rivalry.

Dabrowski/Routliffe vs Babos/Stefani US Open 2025 Prediction

This is perhaps the most evenly poised quarterfinal in the women’s doubles category. Both pairs are playing extremely well, and have brilliant court coverage. Babos is a seasoned campaigner, and has tasted success on these courts in the past. Meanwhile, they are also likely to receive more crowd support due to the Brazilian contingent backing Stefani. While Dabrowski and Routliffe are a practically immovable force at the net, it will be the baseline exchanges where they could be tested.

Prediction: Babos/Stefani in three sets.

Dabrowski/Routliffe vs Babos/Stefani US Open 2025 Betting Odds
