Their consistent run in the 2010s makes them the toughest opponent in the league. The Nuggets haven’t missed a single playoff since 2018-19 and also featured in the NBA Finals once in the process.

Denver joined the NBA in 1976 and qualified for the playoffs in nine consecutive seasons in the 1980s and ten consecutive seasons from 2004 to 2013. The Nuggets are the last of the four surviving former ABA teams to reach the NBA Finals, and the second former ABA team to win an NBA title.

The Nuggets’ NBA championship triumph came in 2023 after beating the Miami Heat in the finals. They have been to the NBA finals only once (2023), have played in the Western Conference Finals five times, have won the NBA divisional title 10 times so far, and have been to the 2nd round of the playoffs 13 times.

The Nuggets have qualified for the playoffs 31 times and have featured in a total of 47 playoff series, of which they’ve lost 29 but won 18 of those series, with a 38.3 winning percentage.

Denver Nuggets are one of the most consistent teams in the NBA to feature in the playoffs. They have qualified for the NBA playoffs in the last six seasons and their previous playoff appearance was recorded in 2024.

The Denver Nuggets qualified for the NBA Playoffs as the 2nd seed in the Western Conference in 2024. They posted a 57-25 season record. The Nuggets beat the Lakers 4-1 in the First Round but lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves 3-4 in the Western Conference Semifinals.

How many NBA Finals has the Denver Nuggets won?

Denver Nuggets have emerged victorious only once in the NBA Finals. Their title glory came in the 2022-23 season when they beat the Miami Heat 4-1 in the final. The Nuggets qualified for the NBA Playoffs as the top seed in the Western Conference with a 53-29 season record.

During the maiden NBA championship glory, they beat the Los Angeles Lakers 4-0 in the Western Conference Finals. Denver squeezed past the Phoenix Suns 4-2 in the Western Conference Semifinals. In the first round, they beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 4-1. They dropped a 12-3 record in the playoff series which is their best performance in the NBA playoffs history.
