Let's get into the injury reports for the Dallas Wings and the Los Angeles Sparks.
The Dallas Wings will host the Los Angeles Sparks on Friday, August 15, at College Park Center in Arlington, Texas. This will be the second time both teams will lock horns in the 2025 WNBA season. Their first meeting took place in the beginning of the season, which saw the Sparks registering a 93-79 win over Dallas. The game saw Azura Stevens leading the Sparks with 21 points, six rebounds, and three assists, while Dearica Hamby dropped 20 points, four rebounds, and one assist.
For the Wings, DiJonai Carrington dropped 16 points, four rebounds, and four assists, while JJ Quinerly came up with 14 points, two rebounds, and four assists. Luisa Geiselsoder came up with 11 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists. Since that game, a lot has changed. The Wings traded Carrington to the Minnesota Lynx in exchange for Diamond Miller, Karlie Samuelson, and a 2027 second-round pick. Not only this, but earlier in the season, the Wings also sent NaLyssa Smith to the Las Vegas Aces.
Currently, the Sparks are in the ninth spot of the standings with a 15-17 record, while the Wings are in the eleventh spot with a win-loss tally of 9-24. In the upcoming game, the Wings would want to avenge their previous defeat, but considering how competition has gotten more intense, the Sparks wouldn’t want to add more defeats to their record. With that said, let’s see which players have been listed on the injury reports for both the teams.
