With this, he became the fourth player after Zion Williamson, Marvin Bagley III, and Jahlil Okafor to win both awards in the same season.

Who Are Parents of Cooper Flagg?

Cooper Flagg was born to Kelly Bowman Flagg and Ralph Flagg on December 21, 2006. He was raised in Newport, Maine, along with his two brothers, Hunter (born in 2004) and Ace. Growing up, basketball was a part of their regular life considering their parents had athletic backgrounds.

Flagg’s twin Ace plays for the University of Maine, and is three-time high school state champion. In 2022, the Flagg brothers, Hunter, Ace and Cooper played on the same team at Nokomis Regional High School in Maine and led the team to a state championship.
