The Celtics are 3-4 in the standings while the Jazz are 2-4.
The Boston Celtics will welcome the Utah Jazz for a NBA 2025-26 regular season clash on Monday, November 3 at TD Garden. The hosts, Celtics, will appear in the game on the back of a blowout loss to the Houston Rockets. The game saw poor offensive prowess from the Celtics, who headed into the season as reigning Eastern Conference semifinalists. The defeat pushed their tally to 3-4, and they are currently seeking a win that would push them to .500 in the standings.
The Utah Jazz, on the other hand, continue to have a poor campaign in the ongoing season as well. After finishing the previous season in the bottom of the standings with the fewest wins, the Jazz were hoping for things to get better for them in the new NBA year. A revamped Jazz squad is finding it difficult to gel along and make collective efforts to push the side on the opposite side of the victory line. However, their inconsistency is making it hard for them to sail through on-court challenges.
Currently, they are on a three-game losing streak, and are in dire need of adding more victories to their tally which will push them towards the top in the standings.
Here is an injury report accounting for the absentees in the upcoming game as well as expected starting lineups for both the teams.
Below given are the detailed injury reports for Boston Celtics vs Utah Jazz, scheduled on Monday, November 3 in Boston.
| Players | Position | Injury | Status |
| Jayson Tatum | PF | Achilles | Out |
The Boston Celtics have only one player on their injury report- Jayson Tatum, who has been sidelined for most, if not all, of the 2025-26 season due to an Achilles tear which he suffered during Eastern Conference semifinals last season.
| Players | Position | Injury | Status |
| Isaiah Collier | PG | Hamstring | Questionable |
| Walker Kessler | C | Shoulder | Questionable |
| Georges Niang | PF | Foot | Out |
Isaiah Collier was given clearance for his return from hamstring injury, but he was headed to the G League to regain his conditioning. He didn’t appear against the Hornets as well, and has been listed as questionable for the match up against the Celtics.
Walker Kessler could likely miss his second straight game with a shoulder injury. He returned to Utah to undergo testing on his left shoulder before their clash against the Charlotte Hornets.
Georges Niang is dealing with a left foot injury, a fourth metatarsal stress reaction which he suffered during the offseason training. He is yet to make his regular season debut.
Boston Celtics: Jaylen Brown, Josh Minott, Neemias Queta, Derrick White, Payton Pritchard
Utah Jazz: Taylor Hendricks, Lauri Markkanen, Jusuf Nrukic, Keyonte George, Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk
