On the other hand, Belgium are sitting in fourth position. They are still chasing their first win after drawing the only game they’ve played so far in the World Cup qualifiers campaign. In their latest game, Belgium were held to a frustrating 1-1 draw by North Macedonia on Friday. Thus, extending a worrying run for the Red Devils of only a single win in their last eight matches. Even though they created a number of chances, they lacked that sharpness in the second half.

Meanwhile, Wales dominated their last game by a 3-0 margin against Liechtenstein. They have been solid in both attack and defence, going unbeaten in their last nine games. Belgium have only beaten Wales once in their past eight encounters. Even so, the hosts remain favourites by a slight margin despite their inconsistent recent performances.
