For the Philadelphia Eagles, they have a critical decision to make over their star wide receiver, A.J. Brown. The veteran wideout has been with the team since 2022 and has a contract extension signed until 2029. However, it has been a turbulent ride so far, and last season, more talk came out of the Eagles’ locker room suggesting all is not well in the ‘City of Brotherly Love’.
Brown was heard speaking to the media on a couple of occasions about the Eagles’ lack of responsibility as an offensive unit. There was even visible frustration from his end over the lack of targets he was receiving.
At present, there is growing speculation that Philly may want to cut ties with Brown, and in order to do so, they will have to find a suitable trade partner. So, here are the top destinations the Eagles could eye if they are looking to deal A.J. Brown this offseason.

As per the latest odds on DraftKings, the top trade destination for A.J. Brown is the New England Patriots. Going to the Patriots may be a win-win opportunity for both the organization and the player.
New England is currently under new management, headed by Mike Vrabel, and they just made it to the Super Bowl. That will give Brown a team that is ready to contend for the Championship while also providing Drake Maye another quality target alongside Stefon Diggs. Cap space is also a non-issue for New England, which is currently more than $42 million under the cap.
Plus, Brown already shares a rapport with Vrabel, as he was the head coach in Tennessee when Brown was drafted in 2019.

The next best odds for A.J. Brown are with the Buffalo Bills, another AFC East team. If this trade comes to fruition, it will certainly be an interesting one. Josh Allen would finally get another top wide receiver since the departure of Stefon Diggs.

A return to the Titans is also on the cards, at least that’s what the odds say. Brown started his NFL career with the Titans in 2019 and played there for the first three seasons until he was traded to the Eagles in 2022.
Tennessee is in dire need of a top-order wide receiver. Last season, the Titans’ top receiver was Elic Ayomanor, who had just 515 receiving yards, while the top pass-catcher was tight end Chig Okonkwo with 560 yards.
Cam Ward is set to start his second season in the league, and the franchise has just completed its overhaul of coaching changes, handing the reins of the team to Robert Saleh. The team is currently rebuilding, but if they can land A.J. Brown, it will certainly be a massive advantage going forward.

Tied with the Titans for the next best odds are the Miami Dolphins, the third and final AFC East team in this list. The Dolphins are currently in pretty bad shape this offseason. They have to find a solution under center since Tua Tagovailoa is just not their answer, they have needs on the defensive side of the ball, and they also released former WR1 Tyreek Hill to create cap space.
But it will be a fresh start for the South Florida-based franchise, especially with a new head coach in Jeff Hafley taking over in place of Mike McDaniel. Perhaps teaming up A.J. Brown with Jaylen Waddle on the outside would provide a different boost to the Dolphins’ offense.
Next up are the San Francisco 49ers with (+1200) odds to land A.J. Brown as per DraftKings. Last season was a major disappointment for the 49ers with all the injuries they had to endure. Despite the plethora of starters being sidelined or missing multiple games, San Francisco still made the postseason.
