The Chicago Sky will visit CareFirst Arena to clash against the Washington Mystics on Tuesday, July 29. This will be the third time both teams will be up against each other in the ongoing 2025 WNBA season. In their previous encounters, the Mystics defeated the Sky and are now leading their tally 2-0. Needless to say, they would want to continue their dominance, whereas the Sky would want to record their first win.

The Mystics will head into the game on the back of an 88-72 defeat at the hands of the Phoenix Mercury. They are currently seated in the third spot of the standings with a win-loss tally of 16-9. The Sky, on the flip side, is one of the poorly-performing teams in the current season. With only seven wins in 25 games, they are in the 12th spot in the standings.

The Mystics have listed Aaliyah Edwards as out due to her right wrist injury. She was ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Mercury and will continue to be out on Tuesday as well. Apart from her, Sika Kone and Georgia Amoore will miss action.

The Sky continue to have Onyenwere, Van Lith, and Reese listed on the injury report for the upcoming clash against the Mysitcs. Out of all three players, Reese’s status has been upgraded to probable. However, apart from them, Courtney Vandersloot and Ariel Atkins continue to miss action.
