Sean Lovell East II was born on November 17, 1999, in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. He is an American professional basketball player who last played for the South Bay Lakers of the NBA G League. Collegiate Career: East began his collegiate basketball career at the University of Massachusetts (UMass) for the 2019–20 season, averaging 9.3 points and 4.9 assists per game. After a year out of collegiate basketball, East transferred to the University of Missouri, playing for the Missouri Tigers from 2022 to 2024. In the 2023–24 season, he averaged 17.6 points and 4.0 assists per game, scored a career-high 33 points against Arkansas, and was named the SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
