Zarazua, meanwhile, has built her career largely in doubles with 17 ITF and one Challenger title, though she owns eight singles crowns at the Challenger and ITF levels. This season, she hasn’t advanced beyond a second round in singles, including at the Australian Open and Wimbledon. Still, she’s been competitive, taking Ajla Tomljanovic and Elena Rybakina to three sets in recent outings. Across 20 main-draw matches this year, she’s managed 17 aces, winning 55.6% of first-serve points and converting 48.8% of break chances.
