Moments after Oswaldo Cabrera suffered a harrowing injury at home plate, Josh Hart, loyal Yankees fan and New York Knicks standout, was one of the first to send prayers. The Baseball and the sports world alike is in shock after what transpired at the recent New York Yankees vs. Seattle Mariners game.

During a play involving Aaron Judge and Oswaldo Cabrera, the latter while completing a run landed awkwardly at the home plate, resulting in a horrific injury. Not only baseball players and fans but other sporting icons are also sending their prayers and thoughts to Oswaldo Cabrera. New York Knicks’ Josh Hart reacted to the unfortunate incident and sent out a tweet in support.

Josh Hart, who is a massive fan of the New York Yankees franchise is regularly seen at their games. The shooting guard is friends with various Yankees’ players. He was seen at the Yankee Stadium in April for the match against the Kansas City Royals. The 30-year-old was seen cheering for a spectacular home run from Aaron Judge.

The New York Yankees, like their basketball counterparts, are doing well this season. However, it remains to be seen how the side reacts to the 26-year-old utilityman’s injury. The locker room was dreaded despite a commanding 11-5 win over the Mariners. The scenes were uncomfortable for many, with an ambulance arriving to help off Oswaldo Cabrera. Knicks Seal Big Victory Like the Yankees

The New York Knicks were also in action on Monday, playing the game 4 against the Boston Celtics. Knicks, like the Yankees, registered a huge win, but the stakes were higher as the NBA has semi-finals going on. The Celtics vs. Knicks game was played at the Maddison Square Garden in New York on Monday.

Boston started the game well on the back of Jayson Tatum. The 27-year-old played one of his best playoffs games on Monday, scoring 42 points. The New York Knicks had a coordinated effort as their bench also responded to the challenge. The home side went on to win the game 4 by 121-114. The New York side now leads the playoffs’ series by 3-1 with the next game on Wednesday.
