Celtics, Cavaliers continue their winning streaks in the new season.

It was another action-packed day in the NBA. While the Boston Celtics extended their winning run, LeBron James’ Lakers suffered their first loss of the season against Kevin Durant’s Phoenix Suns. Here is a look at the top performances and highlights from each matchup.

Celtics 119, Bucks 108

The Boston Celtics are now 4-0 with a statement win over Milwaukee on Monday. Despite the Bucks’ star duo Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard combining for 66 points, Boston’s balanced play secured them an 11-point victory. Payton Pritchard shone with 28 points.

Knicks 104, Cavaliers 110

Meanwhile, the Cleveland Cavaliers also advanced to 4-0 with a hard-fought win over the New York Knicks. Darius Garland put up 34 points, looking every bit an All-Star and perhaps the biggest challenger to Boston’s Eastern Conference throne this season.

Wizards 121, Hawks 119

In other action, Kyle Kuzma was a force for the Washington Wizards with 25 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists in a tight 121-119 win over the Atlanta Hawks.

Mavericks 110, Jazz 102

The Dallas Mavericks found their rhythm as Kyrie Irving scored 23 points and Klay Thompson added 18, helping secure a 110-102 win over the Utah Jazz. However, it was a night to forget for the Utah Jazz, as Taylor Hendricks suffered a severe leg injury and left the game on a stretcher.

Magic 119, Pacers 115

Paolo Banchero carved his name into Orlando Magic history with a career-high 50 points in a 119-115 victory against the Indiana Pacers. With 37 points in the first half alone, Banchero joins the elite club of players to score 50 points in a game.

Nuggets 127, Raptors 125

Nikola Jokic was unstoppable, scoring 40 points and helping the Nuggets rally from a 15-point deficit to edge the Toronto Raptors 127-125 in overtime.

Heat 106, Pistons 98

The Miami Heat continued their dominance over the Detroit Pistons with a 106-98 win, marking their seventh straight victory in the matchup. Jimmy Butler shone for the Heat with 23 points and seven assists.

Rockets 106, Spurs 101

Jalen Green’s 36 points led the Houston Rockets to a 106-101 victory over the San Antonio Spurs, despite Victor Wembanyama’s impressive 14 points, 20 rebounds, and four blocks for the Spurs.

Bulls 123, Grizzlies 126

The Chicago Bulls staged a thrilling fourth-quarter comeback to beat the Memphis Grizzlies 126-123, tying a franchise record with 25 three-pointers on the night.

Kings 111, Blazers 98

Finally, the Sacramento Kings secured their first win, defeating the Portland Trail Blazers 111-98. De’Aaron Fox scored 24 points, achieving the 10,000 career points milestone.

Lakers 105, Suns 109

The Los Angeles Lakers’s 3-match winning streak was snapped on Monday when they lost a close one to the Phoenix Suns 109-105. Anthony Davis led with 29 points, but LeBron James struggled, held to just 11 points on 3-of-14 shooting.
