Warriors vs Pelicans: Injuries and predicted starting lineups

Both teams are battling injuries ahead of this game.

The Golden State Warriors’ 8-game winning streak, which began in the NBA preseason, was finally snapped on Sunday with a 104-112 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. The loss was even more disheartening for fans, as star guard Steph Curry was forced to leave the game with an ankle injury mid-play.

Meanwhile, the New Orleans Pelicans are also coming into this game with a defeat. Following two back-to-back wins to kickstart their season, the Pelicans were blown out by the Trailblazers, suffering a 125-103 defeat at Moda Center on Monday.

Warriors Team News and Predicted Lineup

The Golden State Warriors are facing a significant injury blow with Steph Curry sidelined for at least the next two games due to an ankle sprain. The two-time MVP suffered the injury during their recent game against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Adding to the Warriors’ woes, De’Anthony Melton is also out with a lower back strain. With these key players sidelined, the Warriors will have to rely on their depth to navigate through this challenging period.
