Jaylen Brown added four points and one rebound in All-Star Game 2025 final.
Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown has an idea that could help the NBA to bring back the excitement and engagement among fans about the All-Star Weekend. The league has found itself struggling with the organization of the three-day festivities in terms of audience engagement and competitiveness.
To solve the issue, Adam Silver and Co. came up with a few fixes, including a revamped All-Star Game in 2025. Unlike past editions, this year the marquee game was held in a mini-tournament format.
While the All-Star 2025 event delivered a record social media engagement with over one billion views on Friday and Saturday, fans’ reaction for the grand finale, the All-Star Game, tells a different story.
There are a lot of ideas circulating that could probably help the league fix the problem, one of which looks agreeable to Celtics star Jaylen Brown. The last season final’s MVP has one simple hack- organizing the game in Boston.
The 28-year-old suggested that organizing the game in Boston could actually be a good idea.
Brown, making his fourth All-Star appearance, said that Boston has some of the craziest fans and the city is equipped enough to host it. He stated, “That would be awesome. I think the city is equipped for it. I think the fans, you got the craziest fans in the world in Boston, so I’m sure that they would enjoy it.”

"They got the craziest fans in the world in Boston … it kinda seemed like it was a little empty in here tonight. I don't think in Boston that would happen."

Not only this, but the Georgia-born also opined that the Chase Center was empty on Sunday night, something that would never happen in Boston.
“It kind of seemed like it was a little empty in here tonight, I don’t think in Boston that would happen. So yeah, if we bring the All-Star game to Boston I would love to be there and I would love to participate,” he added.
The last time Boston hosted All-Star Game was in 1964.

The 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend gave fire to several rumors, one of which is the reports of rift between Brown and Los Angeles Lakers icon LeBron James.
A video of James and Brown has spread like wildfire on the internet, leaving speculations of a cold war. In the video, the Lakers star could be seen walking into the All-Star locker room to greet all the players including Jayson Tatum, Kyrie Irving, and more.
However, what caught everyone’s attention was that while James hugged everyone, he shared a simple handshake with Brown. It didn’t take much time for fans to come up with various theories, including a recent controversy when Brown was caught criticizing LeBron’s son Bronny James.
There is no confirmation about anything, and all rumors will be just rumors, before any of them comment on it.
