The Philadelphia Eagles have followed an interesting trajectory this season. Their NFL season began with Saquon Barkley’s historic franchise debut with 3 touchdowns. But when the Eagles lost to Atlanta and Tampa Bay, rumors followed and voices were raised to put Nick Sirianni on the hot seat.

The Philadelphia Eagles will face the Green Bay Packers in the second game of the NFL Playoff Sunday. This is the first game for the NFC side of the wildcard games. The Eagles are seeded 2nd in the NFC while the Packers are seeded last, i.e. 7th.

The return of Jalen Hurts after injury will surely boost the confidence at the Eagles camp. The Eagles QB1 has 32 total touchdowns (18 passing, 14 rushing) for 2,903 passing yards.

Complimenting him is the Eagles RB Saquon Barkley. With 2,005 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns, Barkley has made a strong case for OPOTY, some would even argue the season MVP case.

Other top performers for the Eagles are wideout A.J. Brown, LB Zack Baun with 151 tackles and safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson with 6 interceptions.

WR Christian Watson has been ruled out of the game due to a knee injury.
