49ers vs Panthers Injury Report – 49ers Kicker Eddy Pineiro and 3 Panthers Starters Out for Week 12 Monday Night Football

Devavrat Kulkarni

The San Francisco 49ers get ready to host the Carolina Panthers on Monday Night Football (MNF) tonight. It is a crucial game for both teams as the postseason draws nearer each passing week.

The 49ers are currently 7-4 despite so many injury problems over the course of the season. Brock Purdy is back under center, and he is coming off an excellent game last week against the Cardinals. The NFC West is a tight division at the moment, with the Rams leading the way with 9 wins, the Seahawks on 8 wins, followed by the 49ers through Week 12 of the NFL season.

On the other hand, tonight’s game will have major implications for the NFC South as well. If the Panthers win, they will jump to the top of the division since the Buccaneers lost last night to the Rams. So, with that, let us take a look at the 49ers vs Panthers injury report ahead of their MNF clash tonight.

San Francisco 49ers Injury Report for Game versus Carolina Panthers

The 49ers have listed a total of 10 players on their latest injury report. Linebacker Tatum Bethune and place kicker Eddy Pineiro are out of the game with an ankle and a hamstring injury, respectively. Defensive end Robert Beal Jr. is doubtful with a concussion, while linebacker Luke Gifford is questionable with a hip and neck issue.

The remaining six players, including Brock Purdy, Cristian McCaffrey, Ricky Pearsall, and others, were all full participants in the latest practice session on Saturday.

As per the 49ers vs Panthers injury report, neither team should be too concerned about the roster. The 49ers will be without their place kicker, which may lead them to think twice before going for longer field goals. Overall, it should be an exciting game as both teams have plenty to play for.

I am a content writer for the NFL team, and joined The Playoffs after working with Sportskeeda and NFL Analysis as an NFL writer. After starting my professional career as a French-to-English translator, working as a content writer is a new adventure for me. I started out in the sports media field for two main reasons: my love for sports in general, especially the NFL, NBA, and Tennis, as well as my passion for writing. The best part of this job is that I get to write a variety of pieces with the freedom to explore content from various angles. It also enables me to stay up to date with the sporting world, which otherwise can be difficult to do in the day-to-day grind. In a world full of chaos, sports unite and entertain like nothing else!
