Trae Young wins the NBA MVP of the Day title for October 25, 2024

The NBA matchday on October 25, 2024, saw a number of great individual performances. Despite the number of players that played exceptionally, there were three that stood out. The standouts Trae Young, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Coby White.

Antetokounmpo’s Bucks faced the Chicago Bulls at home. Ahead of the game, the Bucks were massive favorites to win the game, however, they succumbed to a 122-133 loss. In the game, the Greek player scored an astounding 35 points. But having lost the game, he misses out on the NBA MVP of the Day.

In the same game between the Bucks and the Bulls, Coby White scored 35 points as well in the winning cause for the Bulls. He also recorded six rebounds and five assists.

Heading over to the State Farm Arena, Atlanta, Trae Young also had an amazing outing against the Hornets. The Hawks player scored 38 points and recorded eight rebounds along with 10 assists. This in our mind deserves the MVP of the Day title.

What are the season stats for NBA MVP of the Day, Trae Young?

The 2024-25 NBA season is still in its beginning stages at the moment. The teams have just played a couple of regular season games so far. The Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young has been exceptional in the two games he has played so far.

In the season opener against the Brooklyn Nets, Young scored 30 points along with 12 assists and five rebounds. In the second game which was against the Hornets, scored 38 points and recorded eight rebounds along with 10 assists.

The Hawks will no go up against the Oklahoma Thunders on October 27th, and it will be interesting to see if Young can carry the momentum forward or not.
