The Lakers are on a three-game losing streak.
The Los Angeles Lakers, after registering three straight defeats will travel to Denver for another tough test against Nikola Jokic and Co. Lakers superstar LeBron James, who sustained a groin injury in their 111-101 loss to Boston on March 13 has missed all of the games since then.
James was expected to be sidelined for one to two weeks following the injury. The 40-year-old had addressed the injury after the Celtics game, calling it “not as serious”.
“Not much concern,” “I’m day-to-day. I’ll look at it each day and see if it gets better, and take the proper measures to see what I need to do moving forward.”
“I’ve been there before and I know what type of injury we’re dealing with.”
LeBron James will not appear in their crucial contest against the Denver Nuggets on March 14. The veteran returned to Los Angeles, as per head coach JJ Redick
Reddick confirmed that LeBron James, along with two other players, Jackson Hayes and Rui Hachimura, has been sent back to the city for recovery.

He said they are all day-to-day moving forward.
Lakers, who are currently fourth in the Western Conference are being pushed into a corner since early March. James’ absence was felt in their Thursday’s defeat to Milwaukee Bucks despite Luka Doncic’s 45-point show.
The Nuggets have got the better of the Lakers eight times in their past 10 meetings. However, Reddick and his squad managed to clinch a 123-100 win at Ball Arena in February. LeBron James contributed 25 points and nine rebounds in the game.
