Here are the NBA Results for Mar. 30, 2025, where we had a seven-game slate. March Madness Elite 8 round was going on and attention also shifted to NBA where every game is important for the playoffs now.

From the shocking early elimination of the Philadelphia 76ers to the Lakers edging out the Grizzlies for the playoff push, let’s go through the key highlights from the NBA action last night.

Magic 121-91 Kings

Paolo Banchero scored 24 points and the Orlando Magic beat the Sacramento Kings 121-91. Banchero also had six rebounds and six assists. Franz Wagner added 21 points on 8-of-12 shooting. Orlando won their third game in the last four to keep their hopes alive in playoffs. DeMar DeRozan paced Sacramento with 21 points, and Domantas Sabonis added 14 points and 13 rebounds. The Kings are on a six-game road trip and if they drop more games, they will miss out play-in spots in the Western Conference.

Wizards 112-115 Nets

Drew Timme’s go-ahead basket with 7.7 seconds left helped the Nets secure a crucial win over the NBA-worst Wizards. It also ended their six-game losing streak. Wilson and Tyrese Martin scored 20 points apiece for Brooklyn, who won their third game in 16 games. Timme scored 19 points, and Cam Johnson chipped in 18. Jones and AJ Johnson led Washington with 20 points. Washington entered the home game with the franchise’s biggest loss against Indiana.

76ers 95-118 Heat

Miami Heat eliminated the short-handed Philadelphia 76ers from the playoffs race with a clinical win and extended their winning streak to four games. Tyler Herro scored 30 points and Alec Burks added 20. Miami now holds the final spot in the East for the play-in tournament. Jared Butler chipped in 19 points for the Sixers, who lost their seventh game in a row. Andrew Wiggins (right hamstring) and Duncan Robinson (back) missed out the road game.

Bulls 119-120 Mavericks

Dallas Mavericks held the nerves in the fourth quarter to beat the Chicago Bulls on Saturday. Klay Thompson scored 20 points, while P.J. Washington added 19. The Mavs keep their head high for the final spot in the Western Conference play-in tournament. Anthony Davis scored 18 points and Spencer Dinwiddie added 14 points and 11 assists. The Mavs are now 4-0 when Davis played in the starting lineup. Rookie Matas Buzelis led Chicago with 28 points. Vucevic and Coby White added 25 points apiece. Bulls halted their four-game winning streak.

Spurs 111-121 Celtics

Jayson Tatum dropped 29 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists to help the Boston Celtics win their eighth straight game. Jrue Holiday added 21 points, six rebounds and six assists. Keldon Johnson led San Antonio with 23 points. Stephon Castle chipped in 22 points for the Spurs, who lost their third straight and are 8-13 since Victor Wembanyama’s season-ending injury. Jeremy Sochan added 18 points in the loss.

Thunder 132-111 Pacers

The Oklahoma City thrashed the Indiana Pacers for their ninth straight win. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 33 points on 10-for-23 shooting. Lu Dort scored 22 points, including 6 3-pointers. Jalen Williams also contributed 18 points for the Thunder. Tyrese Haliburton scored 18 points and Andrew Nembhard had 16 for Indiana, who entered with the season’s biggest win against the Wizards. Oklahoma City now have a three-game lead on the Cavaliers in the race for the NBA’s best record.

Grizzlies 127-134 Lakers

Austin Reaves highlighted a 31-point performance and the Los Angeles Lakers secured a 134-127 win over the Memphis Grizzlies, who played their first game under interim coach Tuomas Iisalo. Luka Doncic scored 29 points and nine assists while LeBron James added 25. Memphis Grizzlies cut the 20-point deficit to seven points in the final quarter. Desmond Bane scored 29 points, while Jaren Jackson Jr. added 24 for the Grizzlies. Ja Morant added 22 points and 10 assists. Grizzlies fired their head coach Taylor Jenkins ahead of the game.
