The Orlando Magic will host the reigning champions Boston Celtics on Sunday, April 27, at Kia Center in Game 4 of the NBA Playoffs 2025 first-round series. The Magic avoided a 3-0 hole by pulling off an upset over the Celtics, after they secured back-to-back wins in the first two games. In Game 3, Orlando recorded a close 95-93 victory over its counterparts to get itself aboard and open a winning account.

Franz Wagner led the Magic with 32 points, seven rebounds, and eight assists. Apart from him, Paolo Banchero came up with a 29-point performance. He secured six rebounds and had one assist. On the other hand, Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 36 points, nine rebounds, and four assists. Jaylen Brown, who dislocated his left index finger on Cole Anthony’s flagrant foul in the second quarter, finished with 19 points, six rebounds, and one assist in 34 minutes of action.

As action moves to Game 4, the Magic would aim to continue its winning prowess, whereas the Celtics would be eyeing a comeback to take the tally 3-1. But before that, let’s go through their respective injury reports and check if there are any major concerns for both sides.

Jalen Suggs – Out (Left Knee Trochlea Cartilage Tear)
Moritz Wagner- Out (Left Knee Torn ACL)

Jalen Suggs, who has played only three games in 2025, has been out of action since early January. He underwent a successful surgery and was ruled out for the remainder of the 2024-25 campaign. Moritz Wagner, on the other hand, was also ruled out of the 2024-25 season after he underwent a successful surgery to repair a torn ACL in his left knee.

Boston Celtics’ Injuries

Jaylen Brown- Questionable (Right Knee Posterior Impingement)
Jrue Holiday- Out (Right Hamstring Strain)

The Boston Celtics have listed forward Jaylen Brown as questionable for the fourth game of the best-of-seven series with a right knee posterior impingement. On the other hand, Jrue Holiday has also made it to the injury report. After missing Game 3, Holiday will be out of action in Game 4 as well with a hamstring injury.
