The Los Angeles Lakers (40-25) are set to host Phoenix Suns (31-36) on Sunday, March 16. This will be their first home game following a four-game road trip. After registering eight straight wins, the Lakers were aiming to continue their winning momentum on the road. However, things didn’t go as planned.
The Lakers received a significant blow as LeBron James suffered an injury. They went on to lose all their four games on the road. In their last match, a young Lakers team gave a tough fight to the Nuggets, but went down 131-126. Now that they are back at the Crypto.com Arena, and the JJ Redick side will aim to find their confidence and get back on the track.

Just when fans were expecting for LeBron’s quick return to the court, another update by Shams Charania crushed all their hopes. According to reports, LeBron will miss another week of action.
Rui Hachimura- (Left patellar tendinopathy)
LeBron James- (Left groin strain), and
Maxi Kleber (Right foot surgery recovery) will be out of the Suns’ game.
Luka Doncic, who missed the Nuggets game, has been listed as probable with a right ankle sprain. Along with him, Jaxson Hayes and Dalton Knecht are also probable with right knee contusion and back soreness, respectively.
Dorian Finney-Smith and Gabe Vincent are listed as questionable with left ankle injury management and left knee injury management, respectively.
