The Indiana Pacers will go against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second of their three-game homestand on Thursday, April 10. The Pacers (48-31) are coming on the back of a 104-98 win over the Washington Wizards, whereas the Cavaliers (63-16) recorded a significant 135-113 win over the Chicago Bulls in their previous game.

The Cavs have already booked the No. 1 seed in the East, and their focus will now shift to the postseason. On the other hand, the Pacers are seated in the fourth spot in the East and are just two games behind the No. 3 New York Knicks. If the Knicks end up losing their remaining three games, and the Pacers win their remaining three, they will leapfrog the former in the standings.

Talking about their previous meetings this season, the Cavs and the Pacers have already clashed twice, with both teams securing one win each. While Jackson has been ruled out of the season, Sheppard is listed as questionable for the upcoming game. He missed the last two games due to a toe injury. However, his status ahead of the Cavaliers’ game will be monitored.

Darius Garland- Out (Great Left Toe Sprain)
Donovan Mitchell- Out (Left Ankle Sprain)
Evan Mobley- Out (Rest)
Max Strus- Out (Right Knee Contusion)

The Cleveland Cavaliers will have a few of their stars missing the Pacers’ game. Darius Garland, who dropped 28 points, two rebounds and five assists in the Bulls’ clash has been listed as out with a toe sprain. Donovan Mitchell, who has been maintaining a solid average of 24.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game has also been listed as out with left ankle sprain.

Evan Mobley, who leads the Cavs in blocks and is the third highest scorer of the team this season has been rested. Max Strus will also miss the upcoming game with right knee contusion.
