Paul George had a quiet game on his Sixers' debut.
The Philadelphia 76ers took on the Phoenix Suns in a star-studded clash on Monday. All eyes were on Paul George who made his way out for the first time in the Sixers jersey this season.
The nine-time All-Star missed the first five games of the season because of a knee injury. George injured his left knee during the exhibition play.
George signed a four-year, $212 million contract with Philadelphia after five seasons for the Los Angeles Clippers.

The 34-year-old George didn’t make a massive impact in his Sixers debut.
Paul George got off to a rough start in the first quarter, failing to score a single point. However, the former Clippers star made a comeback in the second quarter, scoring 10 points, 5 rebounds, and an assist.
He finished with a quiet 15 points, 5 rebounds, and four assists in the 76ers’ narrow 118-116 defeat to the Suns.

Kevin Durant once again came to the Suns’ rescue as they secured their fifth straight win in the season. With the score tied in the dying moment of the fourth quarter, Durant shoots a clutch bucket to get his team over the line.
Durant finished the game with 35 points 4 rebounds and six assists.
For the Sixers, Tyrent Maxey was the lone star, scoring 32 points.
