Bojan Bogdanovic injury update: Nets forward ruled out for the season with a season-ending surgery

According to the latest reports, the 35-year old, Bojan Bogdanovic has also been ruled out for the season with a season ending surgery in his left foot.

The Brooklyn Nets have struggled majorly from injuries in the 2024-25 NBA season. The star shooting-guard, Cam Thomas has only played two matches since November 30 and De’Anthony Melton had also suffered a season-ending injury.

According to the latest reports, the 35-year old, Bojan Bogdanovic has also been ruled out for the season with a season ending surgery in his left foot. He was part of the blockbuster trade between the New York Knicks and the Brooklyn Nets for Mikal Bridges.

The forward’s last appearance came in game-four of the playoff series between New York Knicks and Philadelphia 76ers on April 28, 2024. Due to the injury, Bogdanovic did not make a single appearance for the Nets in the 2024-25 NBA season.

In February 2024, the Detroit Pistons traded Bojan Bogdanovic to the New York Knicks at the trade deadline. He made 29 appearances for the Knicks and averaged 10.4 points and 2.0 rebounds while shooting 37.0% from the three-point line.

The Brooklyn Nets sit 12th in the eastern conference and are partly alive in the play-in race. With the arrival of former Net in D’Angelo Russell, the franchise has won last six of the seven games with consecutive wins against the Houston Rockets.

The Brooklyn Nets will play the number one seed, Cleveland Cavaliers in their next game on February 20.
