Top four teams to clash after thrilling group stage
The NBA Summer league’s group stage action has come to a conclusion, with 6 teams having a perfect record. However, out of these, only four have gone through to the semi-finals. The next round of play will begin this weekend.
The Toronto Raptors secured the No. 1 seed with a 4-0 record and an average point differential of +15.8 per game. The Raptors side has plenty of upsides with how the youngsters have performed. They will face the Sacramento Kings.
The Kings also delivered strong performances and finished as the fourth seed, while the Charlotte Hornets and OKC Thunder took the second and third spots, respectively. They will face each other in the semi-finals this weekend as well.
Of the four semifinalists, the Raptors and Hornets stood out with consistent wins and standout individual performances. Both the sides have come from a tough phase and have done quite well to establish themselves in the young league.
With struggles in the regular NBA season, both the Raptors and Hornets are looking to their Summer League prospects to step up and potentially earn rotation spots.

These teams also boast impressive young talent but fell short in the group stage. It is the Raptors, Hornets, Thunder, and Sacramento Kings who have managed to qualify.
