Suns vs Raptors Injury Report: Will Bradley Beal play tonight?

Bradley Beal was ruled for the second half due to hamstring soreness.

The Phoenix Suns (31-37) have been inconsistent in their pursuit of a play-in spot. They have won four of the last 10 games and currently sit 11th in the Western conference, 1.5 games behind the Mavs, prior to the Raptors game.

On top of a absent offense and defense in first half against the Lakers, the Suns also suffered an injury setback. Bradley Beal was ruled for the second half due to hamstring soreness and was replaced by Collin Gillespie, playing 23 minutes in the game.

Bradley Beal is listed as DOUBTFUL for the clash against the Toronto Raptors. The Sun’s guard was pushing through his injury to play the second-half according to Tyus Jones. Suns’ head coach, Mike Budenholzer also talked about Bradley Beal’s status after the Lakers game. The head coach added, “He wasn’t sure Beal would be available tomorrow vs Toronto.”

In an earlier clash with the Raptors this season, Beal recorded 30 points, four rebounds and one assists, shooting 80% from the field. However, the Suns’ suffered an 18-point loss against the Raptors. The Suns’ guard is averaging 17.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game, shooting 50.5% from the field.
