Garima Ranawat

Let's go through the injury reports and predicted lineups for Thunder and Pacers for NBA Finals 2025 Game 2.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are set to host the Indiana Pacers for Game 2 of the NBA Finals 2025 on Sunday, June 8. The series opener saw Tyrese Haliburton guiding the Pacers to a 111-110 comeback win with a game-winning shot in the final second. The Pacers’ guard finished with 14 points, 10 rebounds and six assists, whereas Pascal Siakam led the team with 19 points, 10 rebounds and three assists.

The Western Conference champions dominated the game for most of the time with their defensive prowess. Apart from forcing their rivals into 25 turnovers, the Thunder also had a 15-point lead in the fourth quarter. However, the Pacers’ remarkable comeback topped with Haliburton’s clutch game pushed Oklahoma City into a 0-1 hole.

However, talking about their gameplay, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander once again led the team with 38 points, five rebounds and three assists. Apart from him, three more players, including Jalen Williams, Luguentz Dort and Alex Caruso finished in double digits. In the upcoming game, the Thunder would aim to make a comeback before action shifts to Indianapolis for the next two games. On the other hand, the Pacers would wish to continue their winning momentum and visit home with a 2-0 lead.

As both teams gear up for a highly-anticipated clash, let’s go through their injury reports and predicted starting lineups.
