Après deux matchs encourageants, Sam Howell a effectué une terrible performance face aux Buffalo Bills.<\/h2>

L’équipe des Commanders<\/a> a explosé durant le match face aux Bills avec un Sam Howell ayant lancé quatre interceptions durant le match. Après deux succès durement obtenus, les Commanders et Sam Howell sombrent avec un score de 37-3 en faveur de Buffalo.<\/p>

« Je ne me cherche pas d’excuses », a déclaré Howell.<\/a> « Je m’attends à jouer beaucoup mieux que dimanche. Mes coéquipiers et cette organisation méritent que je joue beaucoup mieux que dimanche, et je dois juste faire un meilleur travail. Je ne peux pas invoquer l’excuse de la jeunesse. Les équipes que nous jouons s’en moquent, le tableau d’affichage s’en moque. Je dois faire mon travail à un niveau plus élevé pour que cette équipe atteigne ses objectifs, alors je suis impatient de retourner sur le terrain dimanche. »<\/p><\/blockquote>

Le dimanche de Sam Howell et des Commanders était un désastre avec 19 passes complétées sur 29 tentatives, 170 yards avec aucun touchdown et quatre interceptions ainsi que 9 sacks concédés par la ligne offensive. L’objectif de Washington va être d’améliorer ce qui n’a pas fonctionner face à Buffalo soit à peu près tout.<\/p>

Les Commanders affronteront les Eagles lors de la week 4 de NFL. Pour rappel, les Eagles avaient concédés leur première défaite de la saison lors de leur neuvième match en affrontant les Commanders. Sam Howell pense qu’une victoire face à Philadelphie pourrait relancer toute son équipe.<\/p>

« C’était un grand match, une grande victoire pour nous l’année dernière, c’était vraiment cool d’en faire partie. Le vestiaire était probablement le plus excité que j’ai vu après ce match l’année dernière », a déclaré Howell. « Il est évident que le match de l’année dernière ne va pas nous aider cette année. C’est une nouvelle équipe, nous avons une nouvelle équipe, nous devons y aller et jouer à un haut niveau pour avoir une chance de gagner le match ».<\/p><\/blockquote>
