Alors que la pré-saison de la NFL débute avec les premiers matchs, les Rams de Sean McVay se préparent à amener une nouvelle génération de joueurs dans le giron.<\/h2>

Le défi? Veiller à ce que ces recrues acquièrent l’expérience dont elles ont besoin sans risquer leur bien-être.<\/p>

Repenser la stratégie<\/h3>

Sean McVay, entraîneur-chef des Rams, a dévoilé une nouvelle approche lors d’une récente conférence de presse. Rompant avec les traditions auxquelles les fans sont habitués, McVay a fait allusion à un changement de stratégie conçu pour offrir une expérience inestimable sur le terrain aux joueurs qui n’ont pas encore revêtu les couleurs de leur équipe dans un match en direct.<\/p>

« Il y a beaucoup de joueurs dans cette équipe qui n’ont même pas eu l’occasion de vraiment enfiler le maillot, de jouer au vrai football, ce que nous allons faire contre Seattle. Ce sera donc une approche très différente maintenant », a déclaré Sean McVay lors de sa conférence de presse de samedi<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>

Ce changement dramatique pourrait évoquer des souvenirs de la saison 2017 lorsque McVay venait juste de s’installer dans son rôle et n’a pas hésité à exposer ses joueurs à des matchs de pré-saison. Cependant, il est essentiel de comprendre que malgré un retour à une stratégie apparemment plus agressive, le personnel d’entraîneurs des Rams entend protéger ses joueurs clés.<\/p>

Équilibre entre exposition et sécurité<\/h3>

Avec des pros chevronnés comme le quarterback Matthew Stafford<\/strong><\/a> et le plaqueur défensif Aaron Donald<\/strong><\/a> dans l’équipe, les Rams ne peuvent se permettre aucune blessure lors de ces matchs de pré-saison. McVay a reconnu la même chose, assurant aux fans que les grands noms seraient en toute sécurité hors du terrain lors de la pré-saison.<\/p>

« Les Matthews et les Aarons, vous n’allez pas les voir, mais nous travaillons toujours sur cela », a-t-il déclaré, suggérant un engagement envers la sécurité des vétérans de l’équipe tout en essayant de préparer les nouveaux arrivants.<\/p><\/blockquote>
