Choisi par Houston en troisième position de la dernière draft, Jabari Smith Jr. est motivé pour la saison prochaine.<\/b><\/h2>

Dans une équipe composée presque exclusivement de jeunes joueurs, Jabari Smith Jr.<\/a> a tout de même réussi à se faire une place dans la All-Rookie Second Team. L’ailier-fort a terminé sa première saison avec notamment 12.8 points et 7.2 rebonds de moyenne. Cependant, l’année du rookie est à l’image de celle de sa franchise : en développement, avec des hauts et des bas.<\/span><\/p>

Jabari Smith Jr. s’est confié à Yahoo<\/a>, concernant sa première saison et ses motivations pour la prochaine saison. Il admet que sa sélection dans la All-Rookie Second Team est une des sources pour s’améliorer.<\/span><\/p>

Il est difficile d’accomplir la moindre réalisation dans cette ligue, car il y a tellement de talent, donc le simple fait d’être considéré comme l’un des meilleurs rookies, c’est déjà une excellente manière de commencer sa carrière.<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>

Les Houston Rockets sont dans à une nouvelle étape de leur projet et la nomination d’Ime Udoka en est la preuve. Choisi pour continuer le développement de l’effectif, Udoka et Jabari Smith Jr. ont déjà pu échanger ensemble le week-end dernier.<\/span><\/p>

Je ne le connais pas encore, mais c’est quelqu’un de vraiment cool. C’est un bon gars et j’ai hâte de mieux le connaître. J’apprends différentes choses sur lui et il apprend aussi à me connaître.<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>

En attendant le début de saison, Jabari Smith Jr. se prépare d’ores et déjà en s’entraînant avec son père.
