Un nouveau chapitre de l’histoire des Mariners de Seattle s’est écrit mardi soir au Coliseum, alors que la sensation du lanceur rookie Bryce Miller a fait une entrée spectaculaire dans les ligues majeures.<\/h2>

Face à Mason Miller d’Oakland, la performance de Bryce Miller<\/strong><\/a> a montré l’immense potentiel qu’il apporte aux Mariners, devenant le premier lanceur de l’histoire de la franchise à en retirer 10 lors de ses débuts dans la Major League.<\/p>

Début historique :<\/h3>

Dans un match qui a vu les deux lanceurs ne pas concéder de coup sûr en duel jusque tard dans le match, la domination de Bryce Miller est devenue évidente dès le début.<\/p>

Avec 10 retraits au bâton et zéro but sur balle, Miller a rejoint les rangs de Stephen Strasburg et Johnny Cueto en tant que seuls lanceurs de l’histoire de l’AL \/ NL à avoir réalisé un tel exploit à leurs débuts. Avec une moyenne de plus de 95 mph sur ses quatre coutures et culminant à 97,3 mph, Miller a présenté son répertoire exceptionnel de lancers.<\/p>

Montée rapide dans les grandes ligues :<\/h3>

Sélectionné au quatrième tour du repêchage 2021 de Texas A&M, Miller n’a pas perdu de temps à gravir les échelons des ligues mineures. Après un entraînement printanier impressionnant, il a fait quatre départs avec Double-A Arkansas avant d’être appelé pour les Majors.<\/p>

Malgré un bilan banal de 0-2 et une ERA de 6,41 lors de sa saison Double-A, Bryce Miller est resté confiant dans ses capacités, soutenu par des mesures avancées qui ont rassuré ses prouesses sur le monticule.<\/p>

Alors que les Mariners ont besoin de lanceurs de haut niveau suite à la blessure de Robbie Ray, les débuts phénoménaux de Bryce Miller annoncent un brillant avenir pour la rotation de l’équipe.<\/p>
