Le défenseur des Canadiens de Montréal, Frédéric Allard a vécu une première pleine d’émotion sous les couleurs des Habs.<\/strong><\/h2>

À l’occasion de la rencontre qui les opposait aux Golden Knights de Vegas, Frédéric Allard<\/strong><\/a> a revêtu pour la première fois de sa carrière le maillot du CH. Et malgré la défaite, c’est l’honneur d’avoir porté cette tunique qui l’emporte :<\/p>

« C’est indescriptible. Quand je suis arrivé ici, j’avais les larmes aux yeux. Porter l’uniforme des Canadiens, c’est un rêve », admet Allard dimanche soir après la défaite de 4-3 du CH via RDS<\/a><\/p>\n

« C’est une fierté de représenter les gens de Montréal et de Québec. C’est très important pour nous. Je ne croyais pas [que j’allais être plus nerveux que lors de mon premier match]. Mais quand je suis arrivé pour me coucher hier, j’ai eu beaucoup plus de misère que je pensais. Savoir que ma famille, mes amis et tout le Québec regardaient, je crois que c’était une pression de plus, mais je l’ai amenée positivement.<\/p><\/blockquote>

Une première réussie<\/strong><\/h3>

De l’aveu de Martin St louis, les un peu plus de 11 minutes de temps de glace de Allard ont été très correct :<\/p>

« Je trouve qu’il a bien fait, a dit Martin St-Louis. Pour un défenseur, quand tu ne le remarques pas trop, c’est bon parfois. Il a gardé son jeu simple et il nous a donné de bonnes minutes. »<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>

Allard a admis que ses coéquipiers l’avaient bien aidé à ne pas trop y penser et à se relaxer.<\/div>\n
Le hockey est souvent fait d’opportunité et dans une équipe qui se cherche comme les Canadiens, Frédéric Allard a peut-être saisi la sienne.<\/div>\n<\/div>
