Aucun fan des Celtics n’oubliera les critiques dont ont été victimes les deux jeunes superstars, Tatum et Brown notamment sur leur incompatibilité.<\/strong><\/h2>

Mais cette année, elles se font de plus en plus rares tant les deux joueurs rayonnent. Souvent comparées, c’est pourtant bien ensemble qu’elles font la loi dans cette féroce Conférence Est, inscrivant matchs après matchs leurs noms parmi les meilleurs duos de l’histoire de la NBA.<\/p>

Expéditifs mercredi soir face aux Nets (victoire 139-96 de Boston), les Celtics n’ont pas eu à forcer leur talent pour disposer des New Yorkais. Lancés plein gaz, les Celtics ont infligé un violent 46-16 dans le premier quart temps pour s’assurer un match paisible. Jayson Tatum<\/strong><\/a> a tout simplement marqué plus que toute l’équipe adverse, scorant 18 points, bien aidé par les 12 de Jaylen Brown.<\/p>

Finissant respectivement à 31 et 29 points en une trentaine de minutes, les deux All Stars de Boston comptent désormais 27 matchs à plus de 25 points chacun cette saison, record all time avant le All Star Week-end. Plus impressionnant encore, ils ont atteint cette marque en seulement 43 matchs, comptabilisant dedans 7 matchs à plus de 30 points. Ils se classent d’ailleurs 3ème<\/sup> duo avec le plus de matchs à 30 points de l’histoire derrière Kobe-Shaq (33) et KD-Russ (34), ayant déjà dépassé le tandem Jordan-Pippen (16).<\/p>

Cette saison semble être celle de la consécration pour les deux joueurs. Ils siègent en tête des binômes les plus prolifiques de la ligue avec 58.1 points par match de moyenne (soit 7 points de plus que l’année passée).
