Lors de la World Series face aux Arizona Diamondbacks, il n’avait concédé aucun point en trois apparitions comme releveur.<\/p>
Une opportunité pour rebondir<\/strong><\/p>À Atlanta, Dane Dunning aura l’opportunité de relancer sa carrière. Et quoi de mieux qu’un club qui cherche à retrouver ses jours de gloire. Avec son arrivée, il apportera de la profondeur à un groupe de pitchers qui a souffert de nombreuses blessures cette saison et qui est privé de quatre titulaires importants. Il est donc possible qu’il retrouve un rôle de partant dans sa nouvelle équipe.<\/p>
Actuellement, les Braves occupent la quatrième place de la Division Est de la Ligue Nationale, avec un bilan de 42 victoires et 53 défaites. La franchise est à 12,5 matchs du leader, les Philadelphia Phillies, et à 9,5 matchs de la zone de qualification pour le Wild Card de la Ligue Nationale.<\/p>
