41 millions de dollars par an : c’est le montant de la prolongation que vient de signer TJ Watt avec les Steelers. Et le prochain à signer un contrat aussi juteux pourrait bien être Micah Parsons. <\/p>

On ne sait pas encore quand le linebacker des Cowboys parafera son contrat avec la franchise mais il est certains que ce n’est qu’une question de temps. Pour le montant, il y a fort à parier que ce dernier dépassera les 41 millions de TJ Watt. <\/p>

Parsons entre dans la dernière année de son contrat rookie avec un salaire de 24 millions de dollars et sera donc agent libre à l’issue de la saison 2025. Sa prolongation de contrat ne fait presque aucun doute mais les Cowboys tardent encore à avancer sur ce sujet brulant. <\/p>

Tout comme avec Dak Prescott<\/a><\/strong>, Dallas semblait attendre un déclencheur extérieur avant de possiblement entamer toutes négociations avec son linebacker. <\/p>

Que ce soit pour Parsons ou pour Dallas, cette signature est une bonne nouvelle car elle va donner un point de repère. Plus jeune, Parsons a désormais un levier de négociation important. <\/p>

Et plus les Cowboys attendrons pour conclure un accord, plus le montant risque de grimper : 42 ? 45 millions de dollars annuel ? <\/p>

Drafté au 12ᵉ choix, il a rapidement trouvé sa place en devenant le moteur de la défense texane. En quatre saisons, il affiche déjà des statistiques incroyables : plus de 250 plaquages<\/strong>, 52,5 sacks<\/strong>, 9 fumbles forcés<\/strong> et une présence constante qui déstabilise les attaques adverses. <\/p>

Ce qui frappe chez Parsons, c’est sa régularité : il a franchi la barre des 10 sacks à chaque saison, avec des pics à 14 sacks en 2023<\/strong> et encore 12 en 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>
