Après 17 saisons en NBA, Russell Westbrook continue de surprendre et de se réinventer. Véritable pilier en sortie de banc la saison dernière, le meneur a refusé sa player option à 3,4 millions de dollars pour devenir free agent. À 36 ans, l’ancien du Thunder connait sa valeur et ne manque pas de prétendants.<\/p>

Où jouera Westbrook l’an prochain ?<\/h2>

Selon le journaliste Marc Stein<\/a>, Westbrook suscite l’intérêt de plusieurs franchises NBA <\/a>: New York Knicks, Minnesota Timberwolves, New Orleans Pelicans, Sacramento Kings et Denver Nuggets.<\/p>

À 36 ans, il est quasiment certain que Westbrook jouera encore la saison prochaine, à moins d’une retraite inattendue, ce qui paraît improbable connaissant son caractère. Lors de la saison 2024-25, ce dernier affichait des moyennes solides : 13,3 points, 4,9 rebonds et 6,1 passes décisives aux côtés de Nikola Jokic et Jamal Murray. Le natif de Californie a particulièrement brillé en playoffs, jouant un rôle crucial lors du premier tour contre les Clippers.<\/p>
