Elle marque &eacute;galement une avanc&eacute;e dans les relations entre la franchise et les autorit&eacute;s locales, apr&egrave;s plusieurs mois de n&eacute;gociations sur la modernisation du stade et les conditions de renouvellement du bail initial qui pouvait laisser entrevoir un &eacute;ventuel d&eacute;part des Bengals de la ville de l&rsquo;Ohio.<\/p><p>Construit en 2000 et situ&eacute; au c&oelig;ur du centre-ville de Cincinnati, le Paycor Stadium (anciennement Paul Brown Stadium) est l&rsquo;antre des Bengals depuis plus de deux d&eacute;cennies. Bien qu&rsquo;il ait &eacute;t&eacute; salu&eacute; pour sa conception &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;poque, le stade n&eacute;cessitait une mise &agrave; jour pour r&eacute;pondre aux normes actuelles de confort et de technologie exig&eacute;es dans la NFL moderne. Cette nouvelle entente ouvre donc la voie &agrave; des r&eacute;novations ou des am&eacute;liorations futures financ&eacute;es conjointement par l&rsquo;&eacute;quipe et le comt&eacute; d&rsquo;Hamilton.<\/p><p>La stabilit&eacute; &agrave; long terme offerte par cet accord est une bonne nouvelle pour les fans des Bengals, qui ont vu leur &eacute;quipe se transformer en pr&eacute;tendante s&eacute;rieuse au titre ces derni&egrave;res saisons, notamment avec l&rsquo;ascension du quarterback Joe Burrow mais aussi d&rsquo;une attaque explosive notamment avec les receveurs Ja&rsquo;Marr Chase et Tee Higgins. Elle permettra &eacute;galement au comt&eacute; de Hamilton de planifier les investissements et les &eacute;v&eacute;nements li&eacute;s au stade avec plus de visibilit&eacute;.<\/p><p>En renfor&ccedil;ant son ancrage local, la franchise montre aussi sa volont&eacute; de b&acirc;tir un h&eacute;ritage durable &agrave; Cincinnati. Si les dix ann&eacute;es optionnelles sont activ&eacute;es, les Bengals pourraient jouer au Paycor Stadium jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; leur cinquanti&egrave;me saison dans l&rsquo;enceinte.
