Les Pacers se sont inclinés 104-111 samedi matin sur leur parquet à l’issue du match 4 des NBA Finals face au Thunder. La série est maintenant à 2-2 et le prochain match aura lieu à Oklahoma City, pourtant Pascal Siakam veut garder son optimisme.<\/p>

“Il faut juste reproduire ce qu’on a déjà su faire”<\/h2>

Habitué à briller dans les dernières minutes du match, Indiana a été pris à son propre jeu par Oklahoma City la nuit dernière. Le Thunder a inscrit 16 points dans les 5 dernières minutes, 15 ont été l’œuvre de Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, et les attaques des Pacers se sont heurtées à la défense de fer de Chet Holmgren. Résultat des courses, l’équipe de Rick Carlisle menait à l’entame du 4e quart-temps, avant de finalement s’incliner. <\/p>

En conférence de presse<\/a>, Tyrese Haliburton et Pascal Siakam ont évoqué leur frustration et le besoin de l’analyse vidéo à l’issue de ce match pour corriger le plus rapidement possible le tir. Le match 5 de ces NBA Finals aura lieu ce mardi sur le parquet d’OKC. Un match à l’extérieur ce qui n’effraie pas vraiment Siakam.<\/p>

« On doit juste y aller et jouer. On a déjà gagné des matchs à l’extérieur, donc il faut qu’on y aille avec confiance. On va revoir ce qu’on a mal fait pour corriger ça… mais au final, il faut juste reproduire ce qu’on a déjà su faire. »<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>

Le joueur camerounais le sait, Indiana n’est pas en NBA Finals par hasard. La franchise d’Indianapolis a tout pour remporter sa première bague.<\/p>

“On a confiance en notre capacité à réaliser ce genre de choses. Ce sera dur bien sûr, ça demandera beaucoup d’efforts, mais je pense qu’on a le groupe pour y arriver. »<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>

Le cinquième match de cette série aura lieu mardi à partir de 02h30 et sera à suivre sur les antennes de beIN Sports. L’occasion pour les Pacers d’immédiatement réagir pour ne pas laisser le Thunder prendre une longueur d’avance, chose qui serait inédite dans cette confrontation.<\/p>
