La star très critiquée des Grizzlies, Ja Morant, va entamer l’intersaison NBA 2025 en compagnie d’un nouveau représentant. Le meneur de Memphis a en effet changé d’agent.<\/p>

Selon des informations rapportées par The Commercial Appeal<\/a>, Morant a quitté Lift Sports Management. Bien qu’aucune déclaration officielle n’ait été faite par le joueur, ce dernier aurait décidé de mettre fin à cette collaboration amorcée en avril 2024.<\/p>

Morant avait rejoint Lift, une agence fondée par l’ex-joueur des Grizzlies Mike Miller, en avril 2024. Ni Morant ni Miller n’ont commenté publiquement cette séparation. Avant de rejoindre Lift, Morant était représenté par Jim Tanner, de Tandem Sports + Entertainment, avec qui le meneur avait entamé sa carrière NBA et passé cinq saisons.<\/p>

Un nouvel agent pour un nouveau chapitre ?<\/h2>

Révélé très tôt comme l’un des jeunes talents les plus explosifs de la ligue, Morant s’est imposé grâce à ses capacités physiques hors norme et ses dunks spectaculaires qui ont captivé les fans à travers la ligue.<\/p>

Néanmoins, ces dernières saisons ont été marquées par des blessures et des controverses en dehors du terrain, freinant son ascension. Le meneur a notamment subi une blessure mettant fin à sa saison 2023-2024, et n’a disputé que 50 matchs la saison suivante.<\/p>

En 2024-2025, la star de Memphis a tout de même affiché une moyenne de 23,2 points, 7,3 passes décisives, 4,1 rebonds et 1,2 interception par match, avec des pourcentages de 45,4 % au tir, 30,9 % à trois points et 82,4 % aux lancers francs.<\/p>

Ce changement d’agence reflète probablement la volonté de Ja Morant d’aborder une nouvelle étape de sa carrière, notamment en dehors des terrains, en matière de partenariats et de stratégie commerciale. Morant entame une phase de reconstruction sur le terrain comme en dehors, avec l’objectif de surement franchir un nouveau cap dans sa carrière.<\/p>
