Le quarterback des Miami Dolphins, Tua Tagovailoa, a repris l’entraînement dans le cadre des OTA avec une nouvelle apparence et un nouvel état d’esprit. Et avec ce changement visuel vient une détermination affirmée : celle de rester en meilleure santé afin d’enchaîner les matchs, ce qu’il a rarement pu faire jusqu’à présent.<\/p>

Tagovailoa est l’un des joueurs les plus sujets aux blessures dans cette ligue très physique. En cinq saisons NFL, il n’a disputé l’intégralité de la saison régulière qu’une seule fois.<\/p>

Tua veut se protéger davantage sur le terrain<\/strong><\/h2>

Interrogé sur ses soucis physiques lors d’une conférence de presse, le quarterback des Dolphins a affirmé qu’il faisait tout son possible pour être disponible pour ses coéquipiers. Il insiste désormais davantage sur la longévité que sur la prise de risque.<\/p>

« Je fais tout ce que je peux pour rester disponible pour mes gars. Comme je l’ai déjà dit, rien ne change à ce niveau. Il faut savoir quand abandonner une action. Être présent pour mes coéquipiers sur le long terme est plus important que tenter quelque chose sur une seule action et se blesser. »<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>

Tagovailoa souligne aussi qu’un match dure quatre quarts-temps, et qu’il ne vaut pas la peine de tout risquer dès une seule action juste pour montrer son esprit de compétition.<\/p>
