Après avoir progressé à chaque saison depuis le début de sa carrière, la pression et les attentes autour d’Isaiah Likely sont plus fortes que jamais. En effet, le tight end des Baltimore Ravens devient un élément de plus en plus important dans l’attaque, une cible de choix pour Lamar Jackson. Ainsi, l’entraîneur John Harbaugh attend encore plus de son joueur pour la saison 2025. <\/p>

« Je veux voir [Likely] devenir un All-Pro », a déclaré John Harbaugh lors de sa conférence de presse cette semaine. « C’est mon objectif pour lui, et il en est capable. » <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>

Au-delà d’aider les Ravens grâce à ce niveau de performance, Likely <\/a>s’aiderait aussi lui-même. Le tight end entre dans la dernière année de son contrat, et une nomination All-Pro renforcerait considérablement sa position dans les négociations à venir. À ce sujet, le joueur a déclaré qu’il essayait de « rester dans le moment présent » et que « ce qui doit arriver arrivera ». Il a également exprimé son amour pour les Ravens et pour la ville de Baltimore.<\/p>

En 2024, Likely a enregistré 477 yards et 6 touchdowns, ses meilleurs chiffres en carrière. Il a notamment brillé en première moitié de saison, lorsqu’il a quasiment pris la place de titulaire en l’absence de Mark Andrews. Lors de la semaine 1, par exemple, il a totalisé 111 yards et 1 touchdown, manquant de peu une réception décisive pour battre les Kansas City Chiefs. <\/p>

Concernant la saison 2025, ce dernier a affirmé : <\/p>

Les Ravens entameront la saison avec un gros défi : un déplacement chez les Buffalo Bills pour le Sunday Night Football. Mais d’ici là, ils auront encore de nombreux entraînements et trois matchs de pré-saison à jouer, face aux Indianapolis Colts, Dallas Cowboys et Washington Commanders.<\/p>
