    Une fin de saison en demi-teinte pour les deux équipes<\/strong><\/h3>

    New York Knicks :<\/strong> Les Knicks arrivent en playoffs après une série de trois défaites, avant de s’imposer face aux Nets en difficulté. L’équipe affichait un solide bilan de 37-18 à un moment de la saison, mais a ensuite terminé sur un 14-13 plutôt décevant au vu de la qualité de l’effectif. La blessure de Jalen Brunson a causé des fluctuations, mais même avec lui, l’équipe a connu des périodes irrégulières. Défensivement, les Knicks ont été solides avec 111,7 points encaissés par match (9e de la ligue), mais on s’attendait à les voir dans le top 5.<\/p>

    Detroit Pistons :<\/strong> Les Pistons ont surpassé les attentes cette saison, même si leurs lacunes ont refait surface en fin de parcours. L’équipe a affiché un bilan de 11-12 lors du dernier quart de la saison. Malgré quelques turbulences, Cade Cunningham a été exceptionnel. Il a culminé en mars, poussant Detroit à marquer 120,2 points par match (6e de la ligue). Défensivement, l’équipe reste friable, mais elle dispose de nombreuses armes offensives variées.<\/p>

    Duels clés : Avantage Knicks<\/strong><\/h3>

    Même si Cunningham a fait des ravages face à New York cette saison, Jalen Brunson a lui aussi été impressionnant. Ce duel de meneurs est sans doute le point central de la série. Josh Hart apporte une belle polyvalence des deux côtés du terrain pour New York, et pourrait avoir un léger avantage sur le spécialiste de l’isolation Tim Hardaway Jr. Les ailiers des Knicks, Mikal Bridges et OG Anunoby, représentent un net avantage face à Ausar Thompson et Tobias Harris.<\/p>

    Sous les paniers, Karl-Anthony Towns devra dominer Jalen Duren pour donner l’avantage aux Knicks. De son côté, Malik Beasley devra retrouver son adresse pour offrir à Detroit une menace constante à 3 points.
