L’ancien entraîneur en chef des Titans du Tennessee, Mike Vrabel va rencontrer ce jour les New York Jets pour le poste d’entraîneur en chef de l’équipe selon Zack Rosenblatt de The Athletic<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>

En poste chez les Browns, en tant que consultant, Vrabel est le deuxième candidat que les Jets verront après Ron Rivera.<\/p>

Il n’est pas étonnant que Vrabel suscite de l’intérêt parmi les franchises en quête d’un entraineur en chef expérimenté.<\/p>

Son passage chez les Titans n’aura pas été couronné par un Super Bowl, mais Tennessee faisait partie des équipes importantes de l’AFC sous son mandat. Il possède un bilan de 54-45 avec deux titres de division et une apparition en finale de conférence AFC.<\/p>

Candidat sérieux lors de la dernière intersaison pour un poste chez les Patriots, Mike Vrabel n’avait finalement pas été retenu. Mais une autre piste pourrait s’activer prochainement : celle des Raiders.<\/p>

En effet, la présence de Tom Brady<\/strong> <\/a>dans le front office et son implication future importante, comme l’a précisé Mark Davis, pourrait influencer le futur de Mike Vrabel. Les deux hommes ont été coéquipiers durant 8 saisons sous les couleurs des Patriots de la Nouvelle-Angleterre.<\/p>

Les Jets cherchent donc activement un nouvel entraîneur après avoir limogé Robert Saleh après seulement 5 semaines de saison régulière. New York affiche un bilan de 4 victoires pour 12 défaites et seront opposés aux Dolphins pour le compte de la 18è semaine de saison régulière.<\/p>

Actuellement, la franchise possèderait le 7è choix lors de la draft NFL 2025.<\/p>
