Ce dimanche, c’est la dernière soirée de saison régulière en NFL<\/a> avec encore des places en playoffs disponibles.<\/strong><\/p>

Un des très gros enjeux de cette semaine 18 reste l’attribution de la tête de série n°1 en NFC. Et pour cela, un match va tout déterminer : Lions-Vikings. Avec le même bilan, 14 victoires et 2 défaites, les deux équipes vont se livrer une véritable finale dimanche soir en clôture de la saison.<\/p>

L’équation est simple : le gagnant sera tête de série n°1 en NFC avec l’avantage du terrain tout au long des playoffs, le perdant sera tête de série n°5. La tête de série n°5 affrontera le champion de la NFC Sud, les Buccaneers ou les Falcons.<\/p>

Mais le plus incroyable reste le nombre de victoire : 14.<\/p>

Et dans l’histoire de la NFL, jamais une équipe n’a terminé tête de série n°5 après avoir remporté 14 victoires en saison régulière<\/strong>.<\/p>

Le record des Titans de 1999 avec leurs 13 victoires va donc être battu ce week end.<\/p>

« C’est pour cela qu’on est là, mec. En fin de compte, c’est ça », a déclaré le coach Campbell avant la confrontation avec le Minnesota. « Ce que je veux dire c’est qu’on ne peut pas écrire un meilleur scénario. On ne peut pas faire mieux. Le fait que les deux équipes soient à 14-2 et qu’il s’agisse de la division et de la tête de série numéro 1. »<\/p><\/blockquote>

Cette saison, la NFC Nord a sans doute été la division la plus compétitive de toute la NFL. Avec 3 équipes au-delà des 10 victoires, la division n’a laissé aucune chance aux autres équipes de la NFC.<\/p>

Les Lions et les Vikings vont se livrer une bataille incroyable ce dimanche, pour le titre de division, la tête de série n°1 et sans doute pour se créer un momentum toujours très précieux lorsque les playoffs arrivent.<\/p>
