NFL – Le Rookie Tight End des Las Vegas Raiders, Brock Bowers, a l’occasion d’ajouter un record à sa toute jeune carrière en NFL !<\/h2>

Tout fraîchement arrivé dans la ligue en 2024, les Raiders ont eu l’intelligence d’aller sélectionner Brock Bowers avec le 13ème choix du 1er tour de la draft 2024. Dans une franchise déstructurée au possible, il est un des seuls à surnager. Face aux Kansas City Chiefs la semaine dernière, Brock Bowers a encore été le centre de toutes les attentions à la réception et au nombre de yards engrangés.<\/p>

Avec 10 réceptions, 140 yards et 1 touchdown, il est l’élément cible recherché autant par Gardner Minshew que Aidan O’Connell. Ce n’est pas le bilan de 2 victoires pour 10 défaites qui importe maintenant mais Bowers peut, lui, écrire son nom dans les livres d’histoire.<\/p>

Le Tight End des Raiders se classe en tête de la ligue de tous les Tight Ends cette saison avec 84 réceptions au total après 12 matchs et se classe 4ème de la ligue avec 884 yards à la réception.<\/p>

Ce Dimanche face aux Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brock Bowers<\/strong> peut, déjà, dépasser avec 3 réceptions, l’autre sensation de l’année dernière, Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions, pour être le Rookie Tight End avec le plus de réceptions dans toute l’histoire de la ligue et même être le 3ème Rookie Tight End avec 1000 yards à la réception.<\/p>

Cela lui permettrait sur cette dernière statistique de rejoindre des légendes Pro Football Hall of Famer, Mike Ditka, Chicago Bears, 1076 yards à la réception en 1961 et Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons, 1026 yards à la réception en 2021.<\/p>

Comme si cela ne suffisait pas avec les records établis par les Tight Ends, Brock Bowers en cas de grande performance ce Week-end pourrait tout bonnement aller déboulonner, avec 6 réceptions, le record d’Odell Beckham Jr à 96 réceptions et devenir le seul joueur avec au moins 90 réceptions sur ses 13 premiers matchs. Après une aussi belle adaptation à la grand ligue, c’est tout le mal que l’on souhaite à Brock Bowers.<\/p>
