Arrivé chez les Philadelphia Eagles en grande pompe, après avoir été toisé par les Giants, celui-ci ne fait que briller cette année pour la franchise de Pennsylvanie. Dimanche dernier en Prime Time, Saquon Barkley a encore imposer toute sa puissance. Avec 23 portées, 107 yards et 1 touchdown durant sa rencontre face à une défense des Baltimore Ravens très efficace et agressive, il continue de parfaire son tableau de l’année avec des statistiques à 246 portées, 1499 yards et 11 touchdowns à la course. Il est tout simplement le leader de la NFL dans cette catégorie.<\/p>

Ce dimanche face aux Carolina Panthers, et ses faiblesses en défense, Saquon Barkley peut devenir le 5ème joueur depuis les années 2000 avec au moins 1600 yards sur ses 13 premiers matchs de la saison et le premier depuis DeMarco Murray, Dallas Cowboys, en 2014. Si Saquon Barkley continue sur ses standards, il pourrait même battre la marque établie par le Running Back, Chris Johnson, Tennessee Titans, en 2009 avec 1626 yards en 13 matchs.
