WNBA – Dans la série opposant le Liberty aux Aces, le match 02 s’est déroulé dans la nuit de Mardi à Mercredi, et l’équipe de Big Apple a fait le break, en menant 2-0 dans la série.<\/h2>

Dans une entame de match très intense entre le Liberty et les Aces, où chaque ballon est contesté, avec une vraie percussion et de l’impact proposé dès les premières minutes, ce sont les joueuses de Las Vegas qui effectuent le meilleur démarrage, sous l’impulsion de Chelsea Gray (10 points en 10 minutes) ou bien encore Alysha Clark<\/a> (8 des 10 premiers points de l’équipe).<\/p>

Le Liberty ne va pas se laisser prendre au jeu des double championne en titre et va revenir au tableau de marque, d’abord bien aidé par les 11 pertes de balle de Las Vegas ! (en vingt minutes).<\/p>

Puis ensuite grâce à un 7-0 dès l’entame du second quart temps, Sabrina Ionescu commençant son travail de démolition en envoyant en particulier deux tirs longue distance qui vont permettre à son équipe de passer devant à la pause, 46-40.<\/strong><\/p>

Le retour des vestiaires se poursuit sur cette belle dynamique pour le Liberty, l’équipe infligeant un 17-4 à ces adversaires à cheval entre la fin du second QT et les cinq premières minutes du troisième acte.<\/p>

Las Vegas reste cependant dans le match, ayant bien gommé leur défaut sur les ballons perdus (aucun turnover sur ces 10 minutes) et grâce à quelques paniers bien sentis de Kelsey Plum ou Jackie Young.<\/p>

Le quatrième quart temps va être intense à suivre, les visiteuses ne voulant rien lâcher, parvenant à revenir à une seule unité à 2min35 de la fin (76-77) et se permettant même d’offrir aux spectateurs du Barclays Center une fin de match aux couteaux, en recollant au score (81-81) à 90 secondes du terme !<\/p>

Cependant, Las Vegas devra repartir dans le Nevada mené 0-2, car une certaine Sabrina Ionescu a offert une fin de match de patronne, enchaînant les paniers (11 points dans le QT) et les possessions décisives, et permettant ainsi à son équipe de faire le break dans cette série.<\/p>

Il ne manque qu’une seule victoire à Breanna Stewart et cie pour retrouver les WNBA Finals<\/a> !<\/strong><\/p>
