La NFL a effectué son tout premier match au Brésil la nuit dernière, dans le stade de Sao Paulo.<\/h2>

Les premier match de NFL<\/a> au Brésil s’est conclu par une victoire 34-29 des Eagles face aux Packers. Saquon Barkley a notamment inscrit un total de trois touchdowns tandis que Jordan Love s’est blessé dans les dernières secondes pour Green Bay. La blessure de Love peut être liée à l’état de la pelouse de la Corinthians Arena.<\/p>

Durant tout le match, les joueurs n’ont pas cessé de glisser sur ce terrain, comme Saquon Barkley, qui, lors de sa première portée de balle, a glissé et perdu cinq yards. De l’autre côté du ballon, le safety Xavier McKinney a également affirmé avoir perdu l’équilibre à plusieurs reprises tandis que le tight end des Eagles, Dallas Goedert, a comparé le terrain à celui de Phoenix lors du Super Bowl LVII il y a deux ans.<\/p>

« Je veux dire que vous avez tous vu qu’il était difficile d’avoir de la traction », a déclaré Jalen Hurts<\/a>. « C’est un véritable défi sur ce terrain. Ce n’est pas le type de terrain sur lequel nous avons l’habitude de jouer. Nous avons déjà joué sur ce type de terrain. Ils ont dû jouer sur ce type de terrain également. Ce problème de pelouse pourrait s’avérer être un vrai problème pour la NFL dans les années à venir. En effet, la NFL envisage de plus en plus de s’expandre à l’international et pour cela, la ligue a besoin de s’assurer de la qualité du gazon sur lesquels les joueurs vont jouer pendant plusieurs heures.
