Beaucoup de fans et experts ont surestimé Rudy Gobert dans le passé, mais personne n’est jamais allé jusqu’à le comparer à certains des pires joueurs à avoir jamais concouru dans la ligue. Shaq a récemment participé à un podcast et a nommé la star du Minnesota lorsqu’on lui a demandé de nommer des athlètes qui ne méritent pas d’être félicités dans la NBA aujourd’hui.<\/h2>

La légende des Lakers a participé à l’émission GOAT Talk de la chaîne YouTube Complex et on lui a demandé : « Qui est le pire joueur NBA de tous les temps? « Sans hésiter, Shaq a répondu « Rudy Gobert », a ajouté O’Neal, puis il a ajouté : « Ben Simmons est un autre minable. »<\/p><\/blockquote>

Ce n’est pas la première fois que Shaq le Hall of Famer<\/a> NBA critique Gobert, car il est désormais plus qu’évident que le pivot français n’a jamais été un joueur qu’il respecte, non seulement pour ses performances sur le terrain mais aussi pour son attitude globale.<\/p>

Shaq a ensuite expliqué son point de vue sur cette question délicate : « Si vous signez un contrat de 250 millions de dollars, montrez-moi que vous valez ces 250 millions de dollars. Il y a une raison pour laquelle je marche bizarrement, pourquoi je ne peux pas tourner le cou – c’est parce que j’ai joué dur pour obtenir mes 120 millions de dollars.<\/p>\n

Les gars comme lui se jouent du système, font tout cet argent et ensuite ne peuvent pas jouer. Je ne respecte donc pas de tels joueurs », a-t-il déclaré.<\/p><\/blockquote>

La star retraitée a assuré qu’elle disait vrai.<\/p>

« Chaque fois que je fais ces commentaires, les gens pensent que je déteste, mais ce sont des faits. Il y a des enseignants, des pompiers et des médecins qui ont de vrais emplois et ne sont pas très bien payés », a déclaré Shaq.<\/p><\/blockquote>

Le point de vue d’O’Neal<\/a> sur la question est plus intéressant que la plupart, car il était considéré comme l’un des joueurs les plus dominants à avoir jamais mis les pieds sur un terrain de basket-ball, et son opposition aurait recours à n’importe quelle alternative pour le faire sortir d’un match.<\/p>

Donc Shaq, qui a passé 20 ans dans la ligue avec six franchises différentes, sait quand même bien une chose ou deux d’un point de vue basket.<\/p>

Le Hall of Famer a affronté de nombreux joueurs au cours de sa période défendant les couleurs du Magic, des Lakers, du Heat, des Suns, des Cavaliers et des Celtics, y compris certains des plus grands comme LeBron James et même Michael Jordan.<\/p>
